What is a growth partner, and how is it different from an agency?
An agency is usually paid for traffic, posts or leads. A growth partner builds and runs the whole path to a sale with you: brand and content, funnel, replies and appointments, and in Model 1, site visits and closing.
Which businesses do you work with?
High-ticket home-improvement businesses. We start with interior design and cabinets, then condo renovation, contractor extensions, solar and awning.
What are the two partnership models?
Model 1 is 10% of client revenue and includes site visits and closing sales. Model 2 is RM5,000 per month for months 1–3 (normal price RM10,000) and does not include site visits or closing.
Can I combine both models?
No. You choose one model.
How is the 10% in Model 1 calculated?
It is based on client revenue. The exact basis and payment schedule are written into the agreement before we start.
What happens after month 3 on Model 2?
We review the scope and the fee together with you based on what the business needs next.
Is ad spend included?
Ad budget is discussed and agreed separately during your call.
Which chatbot do you use?
A humanized chatbot. We build button-based flows that feel human and hand over to a real person when needed.
Where do you post our portfolio?
On Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu, using your real finished projects.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We do not promise specific numbers. We build and run the system with you and review progress together.
